BEIJING, Aug. 6 -- The Chinese and Russian naval taskforces concluded the maritime drill phase of China-Russia Exercise Joint Sea 2025 on Tuesday afternoon. The exercise proceeded to the phase of joint maritime cruise on August 6.

On August 3, the two naval taskforces arrived at a sea area off Vladivostok in Russia, kicking off the three-day maritime drill. The drill included joint maneuvers, joint submarine rescue, joint air defense, joint anti-ship operations, anchorage defense, replenishment at sea, and other subjects.
